ABOUT US

An independent Somali media platform, registered in the Netherlands, committed to informing, educating, and raising awareness within Somali society.

The work starts with reporting. Curasho journalists go to the places they write about, speak to the people affected, and check what they are told before publishing. Some of that becomes news; much of it becomes something more durable — an explainer a parent can act on, a documentary that shows a problem in full, a campaign that repeats one clear message until it is understood.

Everything is produced in Somali, for Somali audiences at home and in the diaspora, and distributed where those audiences already are — online, on social platforms, and through radio and video.
